The founder of Tergeo has over 20 years of experience in the janitorial and commercial cleaning industry. Mr. Gaudreault began washing windows in college and learned all aspects of the trade, from floor waxing to restroom disinfection. Throughout his career, he has worked as a consultant for several companies and has seen all sides of the business. He founded Tergeo out of a passion for the industry and a desire to provide his clients with superior service.

Tergeo has developed a 35-point checklist that ensures continuous support and management oversight to guarantee that client environments remain clean at all times. We hire and train qualified individuals who, like Mr. Gaudreault, have a passion for their work.
